THE 1^st CONGRESS OF COMMUNIST YOUTH UNION'S DEPUTIES OF FACULTY OF FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, 2022 - 2024

With the agreement of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Food Industry, at 13:00 on March 19, 2022, at Hall C, the Communist Youth Union of Faculty of Food Science and Technology successfully organized the Congress of Federation 2022 - 2024.

Attending the Congress were the presence of:

From the University Union:

+ Mr. Nguyen Minh Ngoc – Secretary of the University Youth Union, Chairmain of the Student's Association

+ Mr. Ho Nguyen Khanh Linh – Deputy Secretary of the University Youth Union

+ Ms. Vo Thi Thu Hien – Member of the Standing Committee of the University Youth Union, Secretary of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Youth Union

From the Faculty of Food Technology: Mr. Pham Viet Nam – Vice Dean of Faculty of Food Science and Technology

As the guests, there were representatives from 11 faculty unions, including: Biology - Environment, olitics and Law, Graduate and International Cooperation, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Garment Technology and Fashion, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, General Education, Tourism and Culinary Arts.

Along with 112 union members, students are representatives of 56 unions of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology.

The congress aimed to evaluate the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Union Congress for 2020 - 2021, propose directions and tasks for the Youth Union and youth movement in the period of 2022 - 2024 and elect the new Executive Committee of the Union.

In order to ensure that the number of delegates attending is sufficient to conduct the Meeting, the Delegate Eligibility Verification Committee shall report the results of the Delegate Eligibility Verification to the Meeting.

Ms. Tran Thanh Thien – Head of the Delegate Eligibility Verification Committee reported the results of the verification of the delegate's eligibility to attend the Meeting.

The Congress elected the chairmans including 03 people: Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Duong, Ms. Tran Thi Trang, and Mr. Tran Diem Hang to run the congress. In addition, in order to fully and accurately record the contributions of the Congress, the Congress elected a secretariat consisting of 02 members: Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trinh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Hieu.

Ms. Tran Thi Trang - Deputy Secretary of the Faculty Union of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology presented the report summarizing the Youth Union's work and movement for the term 2020-2021

Ms. Tran Diem Hang also presented the draft working orientation of the Youth Union and youth movement for the term 2022 - 2024 with main action programs such as: political education, ideology, moral orientation, lifestyle for union members; comprehensive development support for union members; continue to build a strong Union organization, actively participate in the work and development of the Party; diversify cultural - physical - aesthetic activities and volunteer for the community. The basic targets proposed in the new term have received high consensus from the Congress, demonstrating the solidarity and determination of the union members and students of the Faculty of Food Science and Technology.
