At the meeting, the two sides affirmed the values and results achieved in the past. After 6 years, HUFI and CPVN signed a cooperation agreement. Currently, there are 181 HUFI alumni working at CPVN, including 02 alumni appointed as Production and Sales Director at Bioctic Dong Nai and Frozen Ben Tre and 04 alumni appointed as Ministers. The special thing at Cu Chi Food Factory is that more than 20% of employees are HUFI alumni. Besides, CP. VN in the past has accompanied many activities to support HUFI students such as field trip visiting company, internships, recruitment, career orientation, academic competitions, etc. for students. In the FLP - the future leader program of CP. VN, HUFI is honored to have a team of HUFI alumni - a small boss for CP's new business project, which has been invested and developed into the CP Green brand - Organic Farm.

Regarding the upcoming cooperation contents, Mr. Bui Trong Phu (Deputy General Director) emphasized: “The above cooperation will bring benefits to all stakeholders. Participating in the training process as a form of investment and development will help businesses have more rights and opportunities to choose high-quality workers, meet requirements, reduce training time and costs. In the future, in addition to the contents of cooperation, CP.VN focuses on cooperation on the following contents:
- Having signed a cooperation agreement to build an internship program (enterprise semester) for HUFI students to learn and experience at CP. Vietnam.
- In addition to recruiting students in the current engineering and technology sector, CP. Vietnam has a recruitment demand for economic sectors from 30%-40%.
- Cooperating in recruiting FLP program - small boss for CP.VN 's new business project.
- CP. VN sends experts, speakers to share career orientation, soft skills, mentoring startup projects ... for HUFI's students.

Dr. Thai Doan Thanh - Vice President of the University sharing at the meeting.
Highly appreciating the efforts of the parties in the University - Enterprise relationship, especially the responsibility and affection of leaders, staff of CP. VN for Lecturers and Students of HUFI. Dr. Thai Doan Thanh - Vice President of the university approved and supported CP's proposals in the upcoming cooperation contents. Mr. Thanh shared that “The cooperation will contribute to the improvement of the training quality, creating outputs for students. This will also help the university increase the financial autonomy and effectively use investment capital. Meanwhile, for students, the cooperation will allow them to self-regulate, improve their learning motivation and knowledge, professional and practical skills, increase their chances of finding a job...'' Dr. Thanh also contributed some more cooperation contents on the basis of taking advantage of the strengths of the parties:

- Organizing activities to support students in innovation and entrepreneurship.

- The excellent students of HUFI's key engineering and bachelor's programs will be sent through CP.VN to cooperate in training the best generation of engineers and bachelors.

On the basis of evaluating the results and discussing the direction of cooperation in the upcoming time, the two sides continue to finalize the contents of the cooperation to prepare for the signing ceremony of a broader cooperation on August 26, 2022.
At the end of the working program, the company's leaders and university representatives visited the facilities, smart management model, production line system, and modern laboratory at CP Factory. Food Cu Chi.
